Main responsibilities

  • As Team Lead Project Management Rail Infrastructure, you will combine leadership responsibilities with hands-on project delivery.
  • In this role, you will lead, develop, and empower a team of Project Managers while continuing to manage selected complex rail infrastructure projects yourself.
  • You will play a key role in driving project excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic customer projects.
  • You are an inspiring leader with a strong project management background, capable of balancing people development, business priorities, and operational execution in a versatile and interesting environment. Your responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and employee engagement.

Key requirements

  • Higher education in Engineering (Master) or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in rail infrastructure or large-scale infrastructure projects, including responsibility for complex customer projects.
  • Several years of experience in leading, coaching, or developing project teams and professionals.
  • IPMA Level B certification (IPMA Level A or equivalent is an advantage).
  • Experience in international project environments; experience with software-intensive projects is a plus.
