Role overview

Under the motto "Diversi come te", the School Club is a stimulating meeting place to experience significant leisure activities. Thanks to the support of the Migros Cultural Centre, the School Club offers an interesting range of language, movement and creativity courses. You will help our participants develop their talents and achieve their learning goals.

Shipments

• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of lessons
• Design of practice-oriented lessons and according to adult education criteria
• Structure of lessons taking into account the different needs of participants
• Regular coordination with your Club School administration contacts
• Participation in training courses

Requirements

• Experience proven in adult education: in the respective specialist sector or in a comparable function
• Basic or completed training: Zumba instructor or instructor with license and member of the Zumba Trainer Network (ZIN)
• Customer orientation, nice and friendly look
• Independent, flexible and reliable staff
• Ability to transmit specialist content in a targeted and versatile way
• Valid work permit or Swiss citizenship
• Italian (Good knowledge)
