Role overview

As part of the Tax Services team, the Tax and Documentation Specialist is a key element to ensure the quality and accuracy of the US and CRS reporting done by the Bank, in an environment which is subject to constant changes and evolutions. The employee’s mission also includes investigation and follow up on requests from internal/external auditors, authorities and Relationship managers.

- Participate in the Data preparation and validation for reportings such as FATCA/CRS - QI/FATCA/CRS Data quality control, Reconciliation and Reporting - Manage the documentation and indicia Dashboard for the WM. Provide relevant support, monitoring and required IT improvements. - Answer inquiries in relation to withholding taxes including QI/FATCA and CRS - Provide support to the front office about QI/FATCA and CRS - Perform regular controls on transactions and codification in our systems to ensure that the tax is properly levied and reported. - Monitoring and control of FATCA/CRS client documentation and change in circumstances - Follow up on requests from internal/external auditors, authorities

### Skills & Abilities: - Good knowledge of the financial products and associated transactions - Knowledge of US and CRS reporting rules (Optional) - 1-3 years of experience in Tax Operation team or equivalent - Strong analytical skills, able to make complex data reconciliation - Ability to efficiently manage priorities - Be able to work independently but also as a team - Fluent in French and English
