Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of the BOBST SA Talent Acquisition team. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the site, promoting the employer brand, developing partnerships with educational institutions, and contributing to Group-wide HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives. • Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from validating hiring needs with the HR Business Partner and Hiring Manager through to candidate offer acceptance

Advise and challenge managers on recruitment strategies, labor market trends, and candidate selection practices

Define and implement sourcing strategies tailored to targeted talent profiles

Screen and shortlist applications

Conduct phone pre-screening and qualification interviews

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Guarantee timely feedback and communication to all applicants

Collaborate with recruitment and temporary staffing agencies when required
