Role description We are looking for a talent acquisition recruiter to be placed at our headquarters in Paradiso. This is a part-time and face-to-face role. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire personnel selection process, from the identification of company needs to the conclusion of the recruitment. Day-to-day tasks will include posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring procedures, ensuring a positive candidate experience while promoting the company's values. Qualifications - Skills in recruiting and ability to manage the entire selection cycle, with experience in writing and publishing job offers and in the search for qualified candidates. - Experience and skills in hiring and interviewing, with the ability to conduct interviews in a professional manner oriented towards the evaluation of candidates. - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and proactive approach to candidates. - Management skills such as attention to detail, time management and the organization of personnel selection processes. - Knowledge of local regulations and best practices related to the hiring process will be considered a preferential requirement.
