Role overview
The incumbent is responsible for implementing training solutions that are aligned with departmental learning objectives.
His/her responsibility is to develop & conduct sales performance training programs to drive sales effectiveness and high performance of the distribution channels in Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad, manage the training quality of TMDC, periodical monitoring of the performance to ensure achievement of business plan and ensure the sales effectiveness through training programs. - His/her responsibility is to develop & conduct sales performance training programs to drive sales effectiveness and high performance of the distribution channels in Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad, manage the training quality of TMDC, periodical monitoring of the performance to ensure achievement of business plan and ensure the sales effectiveness through training programs. - Coach and motivate the takaful planners in developing the skills needed to perform their responsibilities.
- Develop high performance takaful planners and assess continuously the training needs through structured training activity.
- Ensure the agency force complies and fulfils all training requirements.
Main responsibilities
- Coach and motivate the takaful planners in developing the skills needed to perform their responsibilities.
- Develop high performance takaful planners and assess continuously the training needs through structured training activity.
- Monitor implementation of training programs to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor & measure post-training to ensure delivery of the desired post-training benefits, identify performance gaps & follow-up with appropriate remedial actions to close the identified gaps.
- Research, benchmark and propose content to meet current and future business needs of a sales driven culture and work environment.
- Ensure the agency force complies and fulfils all training requirements. Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized University specializing in Business Administration, Insurance, Education & related disciplines
- Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in takaful and/or retail financial services business in the areas of Training, Sales & Marketing
- Knowledge & qualification in Shariah Financial Planning is an added advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
