• Responsibilities
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of lessons
• Practical lesson planning according to adult education criteria
• Structuring lessons taking into account the different needs of participants
• Regular coordination with your contacts in the Scuola Club administration
• Participation in further training courses ##
• Requirements
• Proven experience in adult education: in the respective specialist field or in a comparable function
• Basic or advanced training completed: certified Tai Chi instructor or teacher, minimum 2-year course with 120 hours of training per year, training recognized by the Swiss Association for Qi Gong and Taijiquan
• Customer orientation, neat and friendly appearance
• Independent, flexible and reliable personality
• Ability to convey specialist content in a targeted and versatile way
• Passion for teaching a group of adults in small or medium-sized groups
• Italian (good knowledge) ##
