Role overview

- As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our Microsoft/Citrix based systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT services.

- Evolve in a challenging, regulated environment for a fast and growing Private Bank.

- Design, implementation, and management of Microsoft-related technologies, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft PKI, DFS, MS Teams. - Design, implementation, and management of the Exchange infrastructure - Monitor and optimize email server performance, storage, and capacity planning - Manage the Archiving solution, based on Enterprise Vault, ensure retention and compliance rules are applied - Prepare and operate the transition to the Cloud Solution - Design, implementation, and management of Citrix-related technologies, - Provide production support for our Microsoft environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Manage and resolve complex incidents and problems, minimizing downtime and mitigating impacts on business operations. - Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions to pre-emptively identify potential issues (SCOM / NIMSOFT). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integration of new technologies. - Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including regular system audits and updates. - Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and lead problem management processes. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records. - Be part of an on-call service rotation one week per month (24/24-7j/7)
