- Analyze the main Card Management processes: card issuance, lifecycle management, authorizations, clearing & settlement, fraud management and chargeback.
Main responsibilities
- Main Responsibilities Functional and Process Analysis
- Analyze the main Card Management processes: card issuance, lifecycle management, authorizations, clearing & settlement, fraud management and chargeback.
- Gather and formalize business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Support business functions in defining scalable IT solutions compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance, Risk and Security. Technical and Architectural Analysis
Application process
- Analyze complex application architectures and define integration flows between systems.
- Draft technical and functional documentation (application specifications, integration flows, data mapping).
- Collaborate with development teams during design, development, testing and release phases.
- Support the management of application incidents and production issues. DevOps and Technologies
- Operate in DevOps and cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams on the use and evolution of CI/CD pipelines.
- Use version control systems (Git / Bitbucket).
- Support application and infrastructure troubleshooting activities.
