Main TasksQuality/Delivery Management Ensure the quality of modernized or installed equipment in accordance with contract requirements and Otis standards Review established plans and validate installations for production Enter production start dates for installations in relation to factories and additional material generated by installations by PE Manage protocols and conformity declarations of installations established by EP Order equipment, manage tools, track deliveries and logistics, coordinate offloading and distribution, manage the LMO/AMT process Ensure good preparation and coordination of sites and regular checks Ensure resource planning Develop action plans for MOD/BEX repairers and prepare installation files Advise and support the on-site team for complex projects Coordinate final adjustments and verifications of installed elevators and commissioning Safety Management Identify safety risks and participate in defining and implementing corrective measures Improve safety culture, particularly by conducting FPA audits and promoting safety issues within the team Ensure that necessary training is provided to personnel Customer Management Ensure regular contact with customers, contractors, and architects Deliver finished equipment to customers Advise and support sales teams in complex projects People Management Recruit new employees, ensure their integration, monitor the application of maintenance and safety directives, and conduct probationary interviews Lead, support, and coach your team, conduct performance reviews with each employee Ensure that necessary training is provided to employees Expense/KPI Management Control installation times to ensure efficiency Ensure regular tracking of KPIs, develop and implement action plans in case of deviations Control working hours and costs by verifying and validating weekly work reports and expense notes of your team, control vacations Performance Indicators Installation time Number of completed units Number and volume of bookings Site performance Volume of change orders Installation efficiency Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge Technical Training CFC Technical knowledge of products, sites, and elevator systems 3-5 years of experience in elevator installation French is essential, knowledge of other languages is an asset A valid Swiss driving license is required Personal Competencies Leadership Competencies Organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills Precision, reliability, result-oriented skills Ability to communicate, coordinate, and influence (externally and internally) Proactivity, ability to take initiative, entrepreneurial spirit Adaptability and good resilience
