You support the branch management in the daily management and organization of the branch
You assume operational responsibility for the branch in the absence of the branch management and ensure the smooth operation
You offer competent, customer-oriented advice and support in the selection of gifts from our diverse product range
You provide an attractive presentation of our extensive range of confiserie and chocolate products, including creative shop design
You guarantee top quality and consistently implement our high standards
You lead the way in sales and actively support the team in day-to-day business
You are an important contact person for the team and for customers
You’ll help optimize workflows and ensure the store is efficient and profitable You bring that with you
You have completed an education in the retail trade and/or bring comparable food handling experience with
You bring first leadership experience, preferably from larger teams
