Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, processing invoices, allocating payments and collaborating with colleagues in other departments.
- You will work with supplier invoices and help manage our Accounts Payable ledger.
- You will also support the team with account reconciliations and account postings.
- In your daily work, you will use Rillion for vendor invoice processing and SAP as our main financial system – giving you valuable experience with tools that are widely used in the industry. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the daily Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing and payment runs.
- Performing bank reconciliations and helping maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Allocating payments to the correct accounts and assisting with account postings.
- Helping prepare financial reports and supporting month-end activities.
- Collaborating with colleagues in other departments to resolve finance-related questions and discrepancies.
- Contributing to improvements in our finance processes and taking on ad hoc tasks as needed.
Key requirements
