Key requirements

  • Trois ans ou plus d’expérience professionnelle et en leadership: comme chef-fe de service, de secteur ou de rayon dans le commerce de détail
  • Apprentissage professionnel achevé (AFP): dans le commerce de détail (alimentaire) ou une profession apparentée est un avantage
  • Aimer les produits frais et, dans l’idéal, avoir de l’expérience dans ce domaine
  • Aptitude à planifier et à organiser les tâches et un sens aigu de l'interprétation des chiffres-clés
  • En bonne forme physique, certains colis pèsent jusqu'à 10 kilos
  • Bonnes connaissances de l’ordinateur, de la tablette et du smartphone, rapidité d'adaptation à d’autres outils numériques (par ex. pour la gestion des marchandises)
