Your job – Versatile and full of energy.** You take responsibility for stakeholder management in the Graubünden region, focusing on a structured and systematic approach. In doing so, you identify, analyze and prioritise relevant stakeholders, evaluate their interests and influence and plan targeted communication and relationship actions. Your goal is to build long-term partnerships and strengthen regional cooperation.
- **Stakeholder management:** Identification, analysis and prioritisation of relevant actors - **Communication and Relations:** Maintaining and developing networks, organizing dialogue formats and events - **Policy monitoring:** Observing and evaluating political processes and framework conditions - **Regional initiatives and campaigns:** Planning and implementation of projects to promote hydropower use and renewable energy - **Strategic further development:** Optimization and further development of stakeholder management
- **Training:** Studies in environmental or engineering, economic, communication or political sciences or a comparable qualification - **Occupational experience:** Multiannual experience in stakeholder or project management, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector - **Polish know-how:** Knowledge of national, cantonal and municipal political processes, especially in the context of hydropower use - **Methodic:** Experience in systematic stakeholder analysis, project management and conflict management - **Language knowledge:** German and Italian or Rumantsch (forcing); English or French are a plus. - **Sustainable travel within Switzerland, especially between Baden and Graubünden
