Tasks: - Unloading and penning animals according to animal welfare and hygiene regulations - Checking accompanying documents (e.g., delivery notes, health status) - Calm and low-stress herding of animals from pens to the stunning trap - Managing the stable and herding area - Close collaboration with the stunning and slaughter line personnel Requirements: - Completed basic training as a farmer, butcher, or comparable education - Experience in handling various animal species, especially cattle - High resilience and flexibility with willingness for special assignments - Good German language skills
