Role overview

**Financial Settlement, Liquidity Management, Administration and Controlling of Guarantee Losses and Administrative Contributions**

* Examination, quality assurance, and processing of COVID-19 credit loss documents, as well as revision-compliant archiving and optimization of financial and controlling processes * Coordination and alignment with guarantee organizations and internal departments (audit, creditor accounting) to ensure financial settlement * Operational management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of RPA-supported control processes in the guarantee sector * Administrative support for departmental and directorate leadership

* Higher education or KV degree, preferably with management experience * Fast understanding, efficient and independent work style, team player with high performance motivation, service-oriented towards both internal and external parties * Solid IT knowledge in the MS Office suite, as well as good knowledge of SAP financial applications * Expertise in Robotic Process Automation and procurement and contract management (Bund) is an advantage * Networked thinking, recognizing connections, and responsible action * Very good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of a third official language
