Description - Building operation soldiers and staff to ensure the full operation of the "Maintenance and Upkeep" of facilities, buildings, objects, and machines in ordinary and extraordinary situations - Ensure the timely provision of accommodation facilities, including the preparation of occupancy lists, and the handover and retrieval from the troops - Accompany reports with the troops and other responsible parties regarding the use and coordination of the assigned infrastructures for schools, refresher courses (WK), and civil events - Perform and supervise maintenance and environmental work, control work orders, and plan the necessary operational materials, including inventory management and procurement - Monitor and maintain all technical facilities for functionality and safety - Coordinate winter services, such as ice control and snow removal ## What makes you unique - Completed technical or craft vocational training with further education as a housekeeper or maintenance specialist with federal certification - Driving license category B and forklift operator certificate - Availability for on-call and interventions outside of working hours - Flexible personality with a meticulous and independent working approach, as well as technical analysis and persuasion skills - Customer and team-oriented behavior with a strong service mindset ## What we offer - Work for Switzerland - We advocate for the success model Switzerland and work for the well-being of the population - Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunities, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives - Health at work We support and advise our employees in the field of physical and mental health - Your commitment to safety and freedom The Logistics Base of the Swiss Army (LBA) is for the troops.
