Role overview

The resource, inserted within the Logistics team, will be responsible for managing information flows and activities related to the movement of goods and products in transit.

In detail, it will: · Collaborate with the Merchandising department to manage the planning and progress of merchandise distribution, identify issues, and resolve them directly or through the appropriate company channel; · Coordinate with customers and other company departments to plan deliveries and create the necessary merchandise pick-up lists in the ERP system; · Prepare sales invoices for merchandise through the company's ERP system and prepare the necessary transport and customs documents; · Contact carriers and couriers to ensure the respect of pick-up appointments; · Ensure the monitoring of service levels, in terms of delivery times and compliance with shipments; · Interact with other company departments to provide the necessary information to ensure excellent customer service; · Collaborate on projects for continuous process improvement and automation of the processes themselves; · Analyze some logistic KPIs and distribute their results.

Required Profile: · High school commercial diploma or degree · Preferred previous experience in billing and/or shipping office · Good knowledge of the English language Competencies: · Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (in particular Excel) · Preferred knowledge of transport documentation (invoices, vehicle letters, customs documentation) · Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV · Good analytical skills · Problem-solving and proactivity · Ability to work in teams on projects involving different company functions · Good communication skills
