Role overview

Descrizione - Insert sales orders, check and review them periodically, follow up the orders production with the Production Department or with the Purchasing Department and keep the customers informed about the progress of the orders; - Follow up the release of ordered products with the QC and QA departments and manage any delays or urgencies; - Develop and maintain good customer relations to improve business performance; - Create/modify/update sales price lists, material sales data (finished products) and customer sales data; - Arranging the shipment of goods (raw materials, semi-finished and finished products) and issuing all necessary sales and shipping documentation based on export documentation requirements for shipments to global destinations, in a smooth, timely and cost-effective way, with forwarders, carriers and customs, according to agreements with customers; - Assist customers with import/export customs clearance by providing customs declaration for shipping transactions; - Check and negotiate letters of credit with relevant banks; - Obtain Chamber of Commerce and/or Consulate certification/legalization for international requirements, if required; - Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory and company policies; - Ensure that all documentation complies with export regulations; - Communicate with the involved departments to solve customer issues in a prompt and efficient way; - Work closely with customers and management to ensure that customer timelines and expectations are met; - Adhere to GDP procedures. ## Qualifiche e Competenze - Laurea in Economia/Business Administration/International Business o discipline correlate - Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili - Competenze in ERP Systems SAP e Fluentis - Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Microsoft Office - Fluenza in inglese - Conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera è un plus - Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione e negoziazione - Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in ambienti multiculturali e dinamici - Orientamento al cliente e atteggiamento di risoluzione dei problemi - Precisione nella gestione dei documenti e attenzione ai dettagli - Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire più compiti contemporaneamente - Collaboratore di squadra con forti abilità di collaborazione tra dipartimenti (produzione, qualità, logistica, ecc.)
