For the strengthening of the team at the HQ in Mendrisio, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist fluent in Arabic or Russian.
Job Description The position does not limit itself to traditional back-office activity but involves a combination of operational management and active presence on the field.
The resource will be involved not only in pre- and post-sales assistance activities but also in assisted sales moments, events, and special initiatives, contributing personally to creating a customer experience consistent with the high standards of luxury.
Main
- Responsibilities
- Complete management of after-sales activities (repairs, returns, quality checks, spare parts)
- Direct support to boutiques, distributors, and final customers in international markets
- Pre- and post-sales customer assistance, ensuring a personalized and high-level service
- Presence and support during events, trunk shows, and dedicated customer appointments
- Support to the sales network in strategic moments of assisted sales
- Coordination with internal departments (Logistics, Production, Quality, Commercial) to ensure efficient management of requests
- Updating and monitoring of the company CRM
- Proactive follow-up with customers and partners to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty
- Support to reporting and continuous improvement of service processes ##
- Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service, After-Sales, or Retail Support roles, preferably in the luxury, jewelry, fashion, or watch sectors
- Excellent knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of Arabic or Russian (written and spoken)
- Availability for travel on the occasion of events and fairs or need for support to boutiques
- Excellent relational and communication skills, with a standing adequate to the luxury context
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good stress management and ability to work by priority in dynamic contexts
- Good knowledge of the Office package and SAP ##
