Roles ### Role Description As a Senior Solution Consultant in the Solution Consulting team, this role offers expertise in the following areas: - Provide up-to-date knowledge, awareness of current trends, and future direction of Private Banking and Wealth Management industries - Present and explain the existing capabilities of FNZ - Define and challenge the scope of a project - Capture and document customer business objectives to create requirements, solution projects, and align joint target operating models (JTOMs) - Platform integration design - Support and consulting for business transformation - Platform compliance regulation and advice - Customer training programs and knowledge transfer - Configuration and delivery of the platform based on FNZ's methodology - Handovers and support for Analysts and Developers - Functional reviews and walkthroughs of TDD - Define business preparation processes and align SLAs - Defect verification Additionally, the Senior Solution Consultant role performs and supports: - Proposal leadership and guidance on product reuse among FNZ customers - Training and mentoring for other solution consultants - Ownership of platform solutions and ensure they function end-to-end - Definition and rollout of new processes - Production and maintenance of the strategic roadmap - Scope prioritization - Configuration and maintenance of the backlog - Support for recruitment and development of new talent - Support to Project Managers in managing customers during the delivery cycle - Support for estimation and planning of build items - Motivation and guidance towards the best results from others in their projects - Support to the sales team ### Team Responsibilities The Solution Consulting team is responsible for providing a range of high-value services to FNZ's existing and potential customers.
This includes being responsible for the configuration of the platform and the execution of the Model Wealth Solution configuration process for new platform implementations, as well as supporting the sales team in winning and sizing new projects.
It also includes the execution of a variety of consulting assignments for existing and new customers in various contexts, including proposal definition, TOM definition, business transformation, customer training and knowledge transfer, and the definition of custom requirements for customer platform solutions.
