- We are looking forward to a social pedagogue with: Passion for the accompaniment of children and adolescents in challenging situations of life and joy in relationship work Team orientation, communication strength and the ability to authenticate themselves – whether in shift transfers, case meetings or in interdisciplinary cooperation with parents and networks esteem for a stable team in which mutual support, humour and respect are at the forefront and common laughing, reflecting and waxing are of course A structured, service-plan-oriented and reliable way of working in a 365-day offer – with solid vessels for everyday routines, participation processes and trauma pedagogical approaches What awaits you A stable core team of experienced, humorous and value-awarding professionals who wear and support each other Clear roles, responsibilities and processes (service planning, case management, reference pedagogy) that give you orientation and structure your everyday life well A careful introduction with involvement by the team, clear responses and regular feedback What do you get from us?
