Your Role: At Siegfried we are currently looking for a Site HR Head to join our team in our site based in Evionnaz. The Site HR Head is the senior HR leader accountable for end to end HR leadership at site level, in line with the global HR Target Operating Model.
At site level, the role translates global people strategy into a robust site HR roadmap, enabling business performance, operational excellence, workforce readiness, and full regulatory compliance.
