Role overview
Your Responsibilities - Manage the store staff and create staffing plans - Responsibility for the budget and sales data of the sales outlet - Support in the recruitment of new employees and apprentices - Friendly and attentive advice to our customers - Optimal product management and ordering of sales and promotional products - Guarantee of a conceptually consistent and appealing product presentation - Care, training and development of apprentices and employees - Responsibility for the professional management of the integrated post office - Execution of various administrative tasks ## Your Profile - Completed education in retail with EFZ (mandatory) - At least three years of work experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably in the food retail sector) - Joy in active customer contact - Good knowledge of the German language - High willingness to work flexible hours - Independent and reliable work style - High social and professional competence - Professional training certificate of advantage ## What You Can Expect - Flexible work models.
