Role overview

Shipments

  • Verbatim report of debates of proceedings of the Grand Council
  • document checks and research necessary for the verbalization
  • care of paper volumes and electronic media of the minutes of the sessions of the Grand Council (work of editing, preparation of sums, indices, attachments, etc.)
  • to assume, according to necessity, tasks of scientific secretariat of parliamentary committees
  • assist the Secretary-General of the Grand Council, and ev. secretaries of commission, in carrying out their respective tasks

Requirements

  • bachelor and master or university license, preferably in humanities or social sciences (in particular law, political science, economic science, communication science)
  • excellent mastery of the Italian language and good knowledge in at least another official language (talk and writing)
  • proven editorial capacity
  • research attitude and good analysis and synthesis skills
  • knowledge of the political-institutional cantonal reality
  • familiarity with the usual computer media
  • balance, objectivity and discretion
  • attitude to independent work and precision
  • good knowledge of artificial intelligence tools applied to editorial and administrative work, as well as familiarity with digitization processes

Special remarks

  • the function of secretary of commission and editor-in-chief I (class 10) can be attributed only to candidates who have gained at least 15 years of professional experience in the required area
  • the function of secretary of commission and editor-in-chief II (class 9) will be attributed to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required area

  • in addition to the documents to be submitted at the time of the online application (letter of presentation and motivation, curriculum vitae, diplomas, certificates and certificates of work), in a second moment may be required additional documentation (judicial casellario with relative self-certification and self-certification on the state of health)

Conditions of use

  • appointment or assignment: these are those provided for by the Law on the order of employees of the State and of teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulation. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved
  • working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
