- Proactively pursue renewal and new business opportunities with key partner brokers.
- Conduct detailed analysis of opportunities with major distributors to identify growth opportunities.

- Conduct planned and well-prepared visits to agents/brokers/clients, including on site.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and conclude agreements.
- Cross-selling other business lines to increase product density within the account.

- Develop strong networks of brokers and clients in the business sectors subscribed by the business unit.
- Calculate the target price accurately using the appropriate subscription tools.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec.
