## Responsibilities - Independent project leadership and active control of deadlines, costs, and building qualities for complex construction projects for the transport company (maintenance workshops and operational properties) as well as for its mandates (RhB Immobilien AG, Pensionskasse RhB) - Taking on various tasks in project management for new construction and renovation projects - Ensuring effective collaboration with users, caretakers, planners, contractors, and technical advisors in the interest of the owner - Conducting tender procedures and ensuring effective project-related quality management and controlling - Supporting the expansion of owner's representation services ## Requirements - Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, Architecture, or equivalent qualification - At least 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager / Owner's Representative with references in the public sector, transport, and industry, as well as in-depth knowledge of Swiss building standards and guidelines - Travel readiness in the canton for 1-2 workdays and Italian language skills advantageous - Enjoyment of independent work and the motivation to further develop oneself - Strong analytical and interconnected thinking, combined with a healthy dose of pragmatism in problem-solving and a "hands-on" mentality ## What we offer - 2nd class general subscription - Free travel tickets and discounts on foreign train trips - Paid mobile phone and subscription for business and private use - Flexible part-time models - Attractive social benefits and pension scheme with very good benefits - Additional purchase of holidays - Possibility of internal and external training with financial support by the RhB
