Role overview

Reporting to the PD Director Guess & Marciano Man, our Senior Product Developer is responsible for leading and managing the team of Apparel PD to research, develop, and launch new products for all Guess specific lines.

The role will coordinate and supervise the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements in line with the retail direction, defining the product vision as well as the market needs, working closely with design, sales, marketing, production, sourcing & buying departments and forecasting to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Senior PD's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
