Senior physician / senior physician — Psychiatrische Dienste Aargau (PDAG)

To strengthen our team at the KJP-2 therapy ward, we are looking for you as of July 1, 2026. You will be responsible for: • Together with a co-management, you will ensure the technical, personnel and business management of the therapy ward in accordance with institutional specifications and goals under overall medical management • You will take on case management yourself and lead the interdisciplinary treatment team • You will recruit new employees, support, develop and qualify your team • You will cooperate closely with other PDAG clinics, Partner institutions, schools and, if necessary, established practices and coordinate the collaboration with the helper systems involved • You are responsible for the treatment documentation and final reports Requirements: • You have a specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH, are about to complete it or have an equivalent MEBEKO-recognized qualification or • You are characterized by very good clinical skills and a high level of social competence • Your initiative, flexibility and resilience are among your strengths • You promote interdisciplinary work and are open to integrative therapeutic approaches • Ideally, you already have management experience We offer: Our employees are the heart of our company.
