Key requirements

  • Specialist title in General Internal Medicine or shortly before completion
  • Good knowledge of abdominal sonography (ideal training course completed)
  • Experience and interest in multimorbidity and complex patients (A-spital experience desirable)

  • Solid knowledge of evidence-based modern internal medicine as well as emergency medicine
  • Supervised and increasingly independent work depending on the training status
  • Training in abdominal sonography and POCUS until acquisition of the competence certificate
