Start working at our hospital at an agreed date as Responsibilities: - You will primarily care for patients with hematological diseases in an outpatient setting - You will actively participate in interdisciplinary tumor conferences and drive the further development of our certified center - You will perform cytological assessments of bone marrow smears - You will participate in clinical studies and research projects in the field of hematology and oncology - You will supervise and train resident physicians - You will be available to participate in the oncological-hematological on-call service (on-call duty) Requirements: - You hold a completed specialist qualification in hematology or hematology/oncology (or are close to completion) - You have a solid basic training in internal medicine and extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases - You are interested in the management and development of clinical research projects and are willing to regularly participate in internal and external further education - You work in a patient-oriented manner, with empathy, and have strong social skills Can you do something others can't?
