You support companies and private equity funds in executing national and international M&A transactions.
You are part of an inspiring team that analyzes tax aspects relevant to valuation, focusing on purchase price determination (Due Diligence, EV to EqV Bridge, Net Debt, Management Incentive Plans, SPA) as well as financing and acquisition structures, integrating them into commercial negotiations.
You support our clients in developing sustainable and cash-flow effective financing and acquisition structures and accompany the integration of target companies into existing structures from a tax perspective.
