Role overview

Mission As a Senior Legal Advisor specialized in investment funds, you will play a central role within UBP Management Company, UBP Asset Management (Europe) S.A. You will be involved in a broad range of fund related legal and regulatory matters, including regulatory compliance, fund governance, and structuring of new products. You will work closely with all stakeholders of the Management Company, providing legal expertise to support the company’s strategic and operational activities. You will also collaborate daily with our Product Management team and actively contributing to the structuring, management, and evolution of investment products. This key role will allow you to work on diverse projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and international environment. You will also be in charged of the corporate governance of the _Management Company and its branches.

Your main responsibilities will be: Legal Advice : Provide legal advice on the company’s activities, particularly in corporate law, investment fund law, and financial law. Ensure the company’s activities comply with local and European regulations (CSSF, AIFMD, UCITS, etc.). Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, management mandates, and other legal documents.

Collaboration with the Product Management Team: Work closely with the Product Management team on the structuring, implementation, and management of investment products. Provide legal support for the development of new products and the update of existing ones.
