## Tasks The roleWe are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to support an important client in the banking and digital domain.The ideal candidate is a professional with solid experience in Java backend development and Angular frontend skills, joining an Agile Release Train (ART) in a SAFe environment. The role focuses on CRM projects, including the development of transversal features and bug fixing on enterprise systems.
## Requirements RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;At least 5 years of experience in backend Java development in enterprise contexts;Full-stack development: Java 11+ (Streams, Lambdas), Spring ecosystem, REST APIs, ORM (JPA/Hibernate), Angular (TypeScript, Material), frontend & backend testing;Build, CI/CD & DevOps: Maven/Gradle, Git & GitHub Actions, Linux, Docker basics, monitoring & performance tuning (APM tools);Data & APIs: Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), stored procedures, SwaggerHub, JSON payloads;Experience in Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments;Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written); German is a plus. Nice to haveBPM engines (Camunda, BPMN/DMN);End-to-end testing (Selenium, Tosca);Enterprise CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pega);Cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). A collaborative, proactive, and autonomous attitude with strong communication skills, people-oriented mindset, and availability to work in distributed teams will complete the profile. Availability to work on-site in Ticino, Switzerland is required.
