This is a highly operational, hands-on role in a complex, global matrix environment. ## Mansioni - Act as a key HR contact for Corporate Function leaders for employees based in Switzerland, providing practical, day-to-day support - Ensure effective HR operations across the employee lifecycle, delivered consistently and in line with policy - Guide stakeholders through complex HR topics, connecting them with the right Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and HR experts - Collaborate closely with global HRBPs, CoEs, and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions - Build trusted relationships with multiple senior stakeholders, balancing perspectives and priorities - Apply strong political awareness and organisational understanding to navigate sensitive topics effectively - Ensure full compliance with Swiss employment legislation and local regulatory requirements - Work confidently with works councils/employee representative bodies - Support delivery of talent, performance, and organisational processes in partnership with HR colleagues - Use data and insight to support pragmatic, solution-oriented decision-making - Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability across HR ## • Requisiti - 8+ years' relevant HR experience, including operating at HRBP level within a multinational, matrix organisation - Excellent knowledge of Swiss employment legislation and local HR practices (essential), including German language fluency - Experience working with works councils/employee representatives - Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a complex environment - Comfo
