Role overview

You will work in an interdisciplinary team at the Surselva Psychiatric Centre and play an active role in shaping outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care in the region.

## Your tasks - You will independently carry out outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapeutic diagnostics and therapies and supervise assistant doctors and psychologists - You will treat patients with diseases from the entire diagnostic spectrum of adult psychiatry - You will support the development of Outpatient Psychiatric Crisis Intervention (AKI) as a new walk-in offer in the Psychiatric Centre and as an outreach offer in the patient's home environment Patients - You will participate in the outpatient, interdisciplinary care of acute patients in adult psychiatry, with the aim of avoiding inpatient treatment - You will take on consultations and liaison tasks and prepare expert opinions - You will maintain contacts with treatment partners, relatives and authorities and participate in public events - You will further develop the range of treatments, ensure the quality standard and network in an interdisciplinary manner ## Our requirement profile - You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or in advanced training - You like to work in an interdisciplinary manner and use this for the optimal and holistic care of patients - You are a committed, independent and team-oriented personality - You enjoy the training of young doctors ## We offer you - An interesting and varied job in a pleasant and collegial Working atmosphere - You will go through our internal management curriculum with certificate and will also be supported in your external training concerns - The opportunity to acquire various specialist titles - The opportunity to participate in research and, if desired, support with your dissertation - An optimal work-life balance with part-time work models, regular working hours and unpaid holidays
