We are looking for a senior underwriter with strong technical expertise, commercial judgment and well-established market relationships.

Do you have extensive experience in Cyber & Tech PI underwriting and the drive to grow a successful Cyber & Tech PI portfolio?
Proven experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI underwriter or broker, with a strong network and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
Deep understanding of Cyber and/or Tech PI exposures, controls, insurance wording and current market trends.

Proven experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI underwriter or broker, with a strong network and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
Deep understanding of Cyber and/or Tech PI exposures, controls, insurance wording and current market trends.
Strong technical underwriting expertise and a clear commitment to risk quality and good governance.
Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial information, understand P&L drivers and make decisions that support portfolio performance.
Experience working across different market and business cycles, with the ability to adapt trading strategies accordingly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, equivalent to C2 level.
Proficiency in Swedish, or another Nordic language is considered an advantage. Skills and competencies
A winning and commercially oriented mindset, with the confidence to make well-balanced underwriting decisions and negotiate effectively.
Ability to provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
Ability to translate strategy into action, prioritize effectively and deliver through collaboration.

Clear, confident and data-driven communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
