Tasks • Independent organization and management of the secretariat of the chief physician in surgery and the outpatient clinic for visceral surgery with a total of 6 employees • Contact person for inquiries from patients, referring physicians or third parties • Coordination of appointments and consultation hours for the chief physician as well as administrative and organizational support for the clinic management. • Responsible for handling complex reporting, general correspondence and performance recording • Acting as a hub in the surgical clinic and contact person for administrative matters of surgical doctors Profile • Health specialist EFZ or MPA EFZ with appropriate further training Dipl. med. Chief medical secretary or equivalent with professional experience • Enjoys challenging situations, flexible and professional implementation of management experience • Exact, fast-paced working style with quick comprehension, high sense of responsibility and organizational skills • Enjoys contact with people, empathetic dealings with patients and their relatives and think in a service-oriented manner • Confident spoken and written German, knowledge of medical terminology and an experienced use of IT systems (Office, SAP and, advantageously, Kisim) • Area: Administration and Operations • Location: Bürgerspital Solothurn • Department: Surgery • Workload: 100%
