Job Description - Purchasing fresh seafood from around the world - Conducting price negotiations and market comparisons - Creating orders in the system and ensuring delivery readiness - Maintaining and developing supplier relationships - Checking invoices and goods receipts - Managing and updating article and supplier master data - Ensuring smooth procurement logistics processes - Collaboration in the team and taking on deputies - Proactive procurement of information on key figures, prices and market changes ## Requirements - Completed training in the food sector or purchasing - Experience in (international) trade - Very good German, French and English language skills - Good IT skills (e.g.
