Role overview

Description - Organize, plan and oversee new projects, ensuring quality system procedures and developing optimization concepts - Provide specialized technical consulting for diagnostic cases in electronics and computer science - Supervise, maintain and implement electronic and computer equipment at CCVP - Develop concepts for IT platforms to optimize heavy vehicle controls, upon request from superiors - Conduct analysis to create CCVP statistics - Participate in cantonal, intercantonal, federal working groups and technical-scientific activities - Continuously improve and update skills according to requirements - Act as responsible for safety and health of CCVP employees ## Requirements - Bachelor + Master in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related field - Proven experience in engineering and vehicle technology - Proven experience in managing technical-informatics projects - Excellent knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and in a team - Responsibility, goal-oriented and problem-solving skills - Analytical, synthesis and writing skills - Excellent Italian language skills, written and spoken German and English knowledge - Availability to attend training and updating courses and obtain specialist certifications - Tattoos allowed only if not discriminatory or offensive, not on neck, nape, skull, face or hands - Type B driving license - Flexibility in employment according to needs (extended hours, holidays, nights, on-call) - Swiss nationality ## Preferred Titles - Residence in the region (Bellinzona, Leventina, Riviera and Blenio valleys) for quick intervention during on-call - Excellent knowledge of OBD systems and vehicle diagnostics - Technical and in-depth knowledge of heavy vehicles ## Special Observations - Candidates participating in the competition authorize the Cantonal Police to process all necessary data to verify good conduct and absence of previous incompatibilities with the function - The function of Scientific Collaborator I (class 10) will be assigned only to candidates with complete academic degrees: university degree, Bachelor + consecutive Master or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field - The function of Scientific Collaborator II (class 9) will be assigned to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and complete academic degrees: university degree, Bachelor + consecutive Master or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) ## Application Conditions - Applications must be submitted online.
