Main responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that automate manual processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, including technical specifications and user manuals.
- Perform testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure they work as intended and meet quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology, and make recommendations for improving existing processes and systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use automation solutions effectively.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements:
