Rest Manager, Supervisor, Chef de Rang, Demi-Chef de Rang, Commis de Rang, Trainees, Interns, Hostess, Supervisor - Be a role model by arriving at work on time, in appropriate clothes and well-groomed (in line with the hotel's dress code and Kempinski Grooming Standards) - Always attach importance to a well-groomed appearance and appearance - Always provide and ensure polite and professional services, that all employees of the department follow this example - All tasks and duties are carried out as necessary for the department - Know about all services and products of the hotel - Have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all food and beverages of the department - Explain and understand upselling and operate it for all products and offer alternatives - Monitor the equipment, and reduction of material losses - Ensure that the workplace is clean and organized - Conduct regular employee reviews, appraisals, probationary period discussions - Actively participate in interviews - Polite and emphatic interaction with guests, requests - Report guest complaints and provide feedback to EAM /F B Mgr/Assistant RST Manager, FUP - Use existing communication tools, such as Samfex - Operate the Micros system based on the Required/learned knowledge of the department - Operation of the Samfex system - Compliance with all rules created in the hotel regulations, as well as strict adherence to fire safety rules, hygiene and safety standards - Maintaining a harmonious working relationship with all employees of the department and the hotel - Active participation in all staff meetings, department trainings and other hotel trainings - Taking on appropriate tasks and other duties, as directed by the Department Head - Responding to changes within
