♪ Description Responsible for finance and local administration - Ausschreibung L’EOC the Ticino multisite hospital is present with its institutes on the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds. The organization allows to effectively combine local approach and overall vision, ensuring the population a global and proximity hospital offer, regardless of where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 6,500 employees and their attention to the human relationship, the EOC ensures quality health care by taking care of over 41, 000 patients who are deceased a year and providing over 600,000 outpatients. To complete our team at the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC), Faido and Novaggio offices, we look for a(a) Head of Finance and Local Administration (100%)
# Profile # Ensure efficient planning and use of financial, administrative and organizational resources, in line with the objectives of the Cantonal Hospitaller (EOC) and the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC). The local Finance and Administration Manager, a member of the local management, ensures economic-financial sustainability and the smooth functioning of the administrative processes of the Clinic through the planning, control and monitoring of resources, economic-financial reporting and support to the Management in strategic and operational planning processes, in compliance with the EOC directives and the regulatory framework.
# Required Requirements - Ensuring financial planning, budgeting and forecasting at local level - Coordinate and develop economic and analytical controlling processes - Ensure clear, reliable and decision-supported periodic reporting - Monitor costs, revenues, investments and performance indicators - Collaboration with the Directorate and the managers of the services for the improvement of economic efficiency - Coordinate and develop the local Finance and Administration team - Coordinate local administrative processes, ensuring uniformity, quality and operational continuity at Faido and Novaggio offices - Ensuring the proper functioning of administrative activities in support of the Management, clinical services and collaborators - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, financial and public law regulations - Ensure the necessary and correct training and information for analytical accounting and monitoring instruments
