Role overview
Description Your environment: You will work in the clinics Beverin in Cazis and Waldhaus in Chur in an interdisciplinary team and care for patients from the entire psychiatric spectrum.
You will benefit from a collegial work environment that promotes exchange, continuing education, and rotation between different specialties.
- Your tasks: - You conduct independent psychiatric and psychotherapeutic diagnosis and treatments - You work in group therapies - You write medical reports - You network with treatment partners, relatives, and authorities - You support the chief physicians in the design of the offer - Our requirements profile: - You have a completed medical degree - You are ready for interdisciplinary collaboration - You are motivated to independently treat the diverse patient clientele of the entire psychiatric spectrum with commitment - You have direct or indirect recognition of your medical degree by the MEBEKO or have the possibility to apply for it promptly - You have very good German language skills and high social competence - We offer you: - Financial support for the specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy within our sponsorship program - The possibility to rotate in our specialties in general psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychosomatics & addiction and forensic psychiatry as well as in the Outpatient Psychiatric Service - A versatile activity in a pleasant and collegial work and learning climate - The possibility to participate in research and, if desired, support for your dissertation - Targeted support with which you can continuously develop your theoretical and practical skills under regular supervision and within the framework of further and continuing education (weekly internal half-days as well as up to 10 external training days per year) - The possibility for annual positions within the family doctor curriculum for the training and further education of future family doctors - The possibility for half-year and year-long positions as an option within the specialist training in child and adolescent psychiatry, neurology, general internal medicine or the private law focus geriatrics - Support in the search for a foreign year position through our large network - The possibility for hospitation - Use our internal further and continuing education offer - we also support your external further education goals
Key requirements
- Completed medical degree
- Willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Motivation to independently treat the psychiatric patient clientele with commitment
- Direct or indirect recognition of the medical degree by the MEBEKO or possibility to apply promptly
- Very good German language skills
