Role overview
Description Your environment: You will work at the Psychiatry Center Nordbünden in an interdisciplinary team and actively shape the ambulatory psychiatric care of the region.

## Your tasks - You independently conduct ambulatory psychiatric and psychotherapeutic diagnostics and therapies - You participate in group therapies - You prepare medical reports for insurances and authorities - You network with treatment partners, relatives, and authorities - You conduct consultations ## Our requirements profile - You hold a completed Master's degree in Human Medicine, preferably with 1-2 years of psychotherapeutic professional experience - You are willing to collaborate interdisciplinarily - You are motivated to independently treat the diverse patient clientele of the entire psychiatric spectrum with commitment - You have direct or indirect recognition of your medical professional diploma by the MEBEKO or have the possibility to apply for it promptly - You have good German language skills and high social competence ## We offer you - A varied and challenging task in an innovative company - The opportunity to participate in research and, if desired, support for your dissertation - Targeted training that allows you to continuously develop your theoretical and practical skills under regular supervision and within the framework of further and continuing education (weekly internal half-days and up to 10 external training days per year) - The opportunity for annual positions within the family physician curriculum for the training and further education of future family physicians - The opportunity for specialization in consultation and liaison psychiatry (recognition of 2 years) - Support in finding a foreign year position through our extensive network - The opportunity for hospitation - With part-time working models, regular working hours, and unpaid leave, an optimal work-life balance
