Key requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with further education in Revenue Management
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar or comparable position in 4* or 5* hospitality
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Strong service orientation and high quality awareness
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
  • Empathetic, discreet, and proactive personality
  • Willingness to work shifts and as Duty Manager
  • Experience with PMS, Channel Manager, and Revenue Management software is a plus
