## Descrizione VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Regulatory Compliance Counsel to join our Legal team based in Stabio, Switzerland. Let’s talk about the role! As Regulatory Compliance Counsel, you will play a key role in advancing VF’s global Ethics and Compliance Program. You will partner with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Finance, HR, and business leaders worldwide. The Regulatory Compliance Counsel will lead VF’s European Antitrust Compliance Program and act as the regional leader in EMEA and APAC for VF’s broader global Ethics & Compliance program. This role reports to the Vice President, Ethics & Compliance.
- Collaborate with the global Ethics & Compliance team, the EMEA Legal team and business leaders to lead the risk-based Antitrust Compliance Program in Europe. This may include site visits, live and online training creation and delivery, policy and communications plan enhancements, and collaboration with internal audit, etc. - Identify potential antitrust issues arising in wholesale operations and help ensure VF’s practices remain compliant. - Stay abreast of pertinent legal developments relating to antitrust within the Region, and translate key developments into practical, risk-based guidance for VF stakeholders (in particular those supporting wholesale activities). - Support the conceptualization, establishment, and upkeep of compliance tools and protocols that help VF prevent, detect, and address antitrust risk in connection with wholesale activities. - Enhance and implement the global Environmental and Social Responsibility (E&SR) reporting compliance program, focused on material E&SR reporting regulations, such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and non-EU ISSB-aligned disclosure regulations. - Proactively champion the Ethics and Compliance Program and advise on how to adapt global initiatives within EMEA and APAC. - Oversee, direct, develop, or ensure delivery of training and awareness initiatives to relevant employees. - Support regional aspects of risk assessments and related ongoing monitoring activities in collaboration with the global Ethics & Compliance team. - Engage with regional leadership to ensure understanding, support and buy in for the Ethics & Compliance program, antitrust compliance program and E&SR regulated reporting compliance program; convey complex information and discern when and how to engage leaders to resolve issues; report information on a regular basis to keep management informed of compliance efforts and proactively raise issues and potential gaps. - Serve as liaison between Ethics and Compliance and business stakeholders to streamline compliance processes, protect the best interest of VF globally, and elevate issues to VF’s global Ethics and Compliance team. - Provide general advice on latest regulatory and compliance developments in EMEA and APAC, including in the areas of antitrust, and environmental, social and governance regulations, including, for example, the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
## Requisiti The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Key requirements
- US or European Law Degree.
- Substantive regulatory compliance experience with a corporate legal department is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to provide risk-based advice in a global corporate environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
