PROFILE • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (TU or FH) or equivalent vocational training • Several years of practical work experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the rail industry • Experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting • Experience in creating, testing, and maintaining technical documentation • Experience in requirements management (IBM DNG, PLM, or similar) • Knowledge of railway signalling systems (CBTC and/or Mainline-Stellwerk) is a significant advantage • Team player, solution-oriented, and flexible for night work and travel • Very good German language skills are essential, with English and French being of great advantage TASKS • Development, maintenance, and updating of T&C procedures, test specifications, and workflows to ensure consistent execution • Coordinating, executing, and recording system deployments and field tests based on approved test documentation on site • Management of hardware and software configurations on site, ensuring proper documentation and version control • Collection and analysis of incidents and follow-up of risk reduction measures and corrective actions • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in close collaboration with Engineering, Project Manager, and Customer • Planning and procuring electrical and mechanical changes in coordination with Engineering and Project Manager • Performing or supporting other field activities (tests, limited electrical and mechanical changes, etc.), including work on tracks • Close collaboration with the Customer and Installation Teams
