Description The Ticino multisite hospital, with its institutes on the whole cantonal territory, offers 1’000 beds. The organization effectively combines a local approach with an overview, ensuring a global and proximity hospital offer regardless of where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 5,000 employees and their attention to the human relationship, EOC provides quality health care to 380,000 patients per year. The following position is addressed to candidates wishing to apply spontaneously at the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC) for Novaggio. In case of availability of employment, candidates with profiles that meet the requirements will be contacted for a first interview.
Profile The future/cooperator/cooperator works independently and interdisciplinaryly. He preferably has experience in the following areas: neurological, angiological, surgical, rehabilitation, postural and taking care of patients with cardio-respiratory problems. He has a good listening ability and knows how to carefully evaluate each situation before acting. He believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient and his family at the centre of all our attentions and devotes itself with commitment to personal development.
Requirements - Recognized physiotherapist diploma - Spirit of initiative - Exploited relational and communication skills - Organisational capacity and preparation for interdisciplinary collaboration with a view to continuous improvement of department development and achieving data objectives - Flexibility and positive attitude - Pleasure to work in a team and collaborate transversally - Knowledge of other national and English languages - Excellent knowledge of the main computer applications
