Key requirements
- HEG diploma, Federal Purchasing Certificate, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Strategic Buyer or similar role
- Proven experience in Purchasing and team management
- Experience in the watchmaking industry
- Business acumen combined with an analytical and strategic mindset
- Negotiation skills, discretion, and ability to prioritize and take responsibility
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and an ERP system, SAP an advantage
